The Report tool helps activate reports in Artsystems Pro. Rather than running a report for all records in a module, it is usually preferable to create a data set of the particular records to print. The report menus in each module will list a variety of reports to generate. Note also that users also have the option to select specific fields from the spreadsheet view to generate Spreadsheet Reports.
Select a set of records using any of the data set methods: Marked Record Set , View Set or Worksheet

- Report Title: The Report Title will appear in the header of the report. The name of the set automatically appears as the title of the selected set, however users can edit the Report Title as needed. (Note in the example below the report was generated from a Marked Record Set and the title appears as 'Marked Works'.).
- Orientation: Select either Landscape or Portrait for the Report Orientation.
- Heading Font: Select the desired Font for the Report Heading from the drop-down list.
- Heading Font Size: Select the desired Font Size for the Report Heading from the drop-down list.
- Font: Select the desired Font for the Body of the Report from the drop-down list.
- Font Size: Select the desired Font Size for the Body of the Report from the drop-down list.
- Include Dates: Check the Include Dates option to includes dates in the header of the report.
- Include Totals: Check the Include Totals option for the report to total columns with currency values (e.g. Retail, Insurance, etc.).
- Include Image: Check the Include Image option for the report to include Images
- NOTE: Spreadsheet reports with Images look better when double spaced so the Double Space option is automatically selected when Include Image is selected.
- Include Page #: Check the Include Dates option to includes dates in the header of the report.
- Double Space: Check the Double Space option to double space the lines in the body of the report.
- Image Width: Adjust the image size in the report by altering the pixel size in the Image Width field. Change 150 to 75 for most reports.
NOTE: There is a limit to how many fields can appear on the report. Users can make adjustments to the Spreadsheet Layout in order to get all desired fields to appear on the report.
Follow steps 1 through 4 above.
In the SAVE AS TYPE drop down, select: Webpage, Filtered (*.htm, *.html).
You will get a prompt about changing the format. Click YES.
