Contacts Statistics Screen

Please see our video tutorial at: Transactions: Contact Statistics

When the Contact Statistics Screen is selected, Work History is the first linked information viewed. It is possible to adjust the first bullet selection to view in Artsystems Pro > Preferences.

Contact Statistics: Work History

The Work History view displays the Contact's links to Invoice, Offer, Credit Memo, Consignment, and Exhibition Transactions.

Contact Statistics: Work Movement

The Work Movement view displays the Contact's links to Work Receipt, Shipment, and Return Transactions.

Contact Statistics: Payments Received

The Payments Received view displays the Contact's links to all payments made by the Contact for artwork purchased (Cash Receipt Transactions).

(NOTE: Cash Sale Transactions are not included on this view.)

Contact Statistics: Outstanding Works

The Outstanding Works view is for Contacts who are consignors to the database. The view displays the Contact's links to all Consigned Work records that have been Sold but the consignor has not been paid. Works appear on this view until the Source Contact (i.e. this Contact record) has been paid in full.

Contact Statistics: Payments Made

The Payments Made view is for Contacts who are consignors to the database. The view displays links to Payments made to the Contact for sold consigned Work records.

Contact Statistics: Collection

The Collection view displays all Work records documented as owned or once owned by this Contact. Collection information is entered on the Provenance Screen of a Work record. The Ex Coll (Ex-Collection) column denotes current or past ownership, a checkmark in Ex-Coll indicates the Contact no longer owns the work (the citation was therefore entered in the Provenance History section on the Provenance Screen in Works). If Ex-Coll does not have a checkmark, it indicates the contact currently owns the work (the citation was therefore entered in the Current Owner section on the Provenance Screen in Works).
