The Miscellaneous Screen has a Documentation field that is a large note field for entering information about the Work, and six User Fields. The user-defined fields are extra fields in the database where users can customize relevant information about the inventory, such as Catalogue Number, to record an Old Inventory Number, or Bibliography Code, etc.
NOTE: The Documentation field is limited to 4000 characters.
