Artsystems Pro Pricing

Artsystems Pro is available via four distinct pricing options, outlined below, geared to serve each customer's individual requirements. They include two subscription-based options, and two traditional one-time license fee options (new or upgrade). Artsystems StudioPro pricing can be found on our main pricing page. Each pricing scenario is priced per computer installation or remote login and includes introductory training. Requires Microsoft Word. Contact us for reduced prices for additional locations. Artsystems Cloud remote syncing is available to connect additional locations and/or roaming computers working occasionally online or occasionally offline (additional fees apply).

A. Standard Licensing Options:
No additional commitment required — No monthly fees.

• Free introductory Training
• Free access to a library of training videos
• Software Maintenance available at low flat-rate annual subscription prices (see below). First year required. (Includes telephone/online screen-sharing technical support with Artsystems experts.)
• Data Transfer available for an additional fee (Upgrades from GalleryPro include free data transfer for first database and half-price for re-creation of custom reports. Additional fees apply for upgrading additional databases.)
• Subsequent major-version upgrades at fractional 'upgrade' prices

New Customer/Licensing
Primary License: $5,000 (one time)
Each Additional Computer License: $1,000

Upgrade Customer/Licensing
Primary License Upgrade from GalleryPro: $2,500†
Each Additional License Upgrade: $500

Standard Maintenance Subscription
Primary License Software Maintenance: $660/year ($65/mo. plan available)
Additional License Software Maintenance: $260/year ($25/mo. plan available)

B. Subscription Options:
Two-year commitment required.

• Free introductory training
• Free access to a library of training videos
• Free Software Maintenance (includes telephone/online screen-sharing technical support with Artsystems experts)
• Free standard data transfer (contacts and inventory)
• Free subsequent full-version upgrades (during subscription term)

Option 1
Primary (first) Computer License: $5,000 (one time) / $175/mo.*
Additional Computer License: $500/ea. (one time) / $25/mo.
*After 2-year agreement is fulfilled, customer may renew Subscription or switch from Subscription Option 1 to Standard Maintenance Subscription (above) for no additional cost beyond subscription fee.

Option 2
Primary (first) License: $2,500 (one time) / $275/mo.*
Each Additional Computer License: $500 (one time) / $25/mo.
*After 2-year agreement is fulfilled, customer may switch from Subscription Option 2 to Option 1 or to Standard Maintenance Subscription (above) for a $500 fee.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

†Special discounted upgrade pricing is available for current customers who originally purchased GalleryPro for Macintosh computers. Customers who paid $2,995 for GalleryPro primary license pay only difference in price of Pro to upgrade. Artsystems Collections customers may upgrade to Artsystems Pro for difference in price from original license cost for Primary license, Standard upgrade pricing for Additional licenses.
