Artsystems software is easy to learn and use — an intuitively familiar user-friendly interface allows most users to jump right in and get started. However, the available free training is highly recommended to help a user quickly get the most out of the software's capabilities and help make the his/her experience more productive and enjoyable. Preliminary training is free with each new Pro, StudioPro, Studio, Collections, Web Manager, and iPad Solution purchase. Artsystems also provides a comprehensive and up-to-date electronic user guide, online video tutorials, a sample practice database, and experienced live help a phone call or email away.
NEW CUSTOMER Training
Artsystems now offers preliminary software training to its customers via a library of training videos available at www.artsystems.com/tutorial. Additional training is available live online on the Web via GoToMeeting® — students can see the trainer's desktop live in a Web browser and join the conference with their own computer headset or via telephone.
New customers are entitled to free private online training by appointment during Artsystems business hours (9:30 am to 6 pm NYC time). International customers whose time zone is at least eight hours different than that of New York may schedule a private introductory session at an agreed-upon mutually convienent time outside of Artsystems business hours.
Sessions should be scheduled only after a preliminary review of the online video tutorials is completed by the customer, so that they get the most of their time with the Artsystems Expert. Private training sessions may include any number of attendees and are conducted with an Artsystems Expert via GoToMeeting® on the Web. These private sessions are intended to answer customers' post-video questions plus offer a personalized focus on customers' individual needs. (Broadband Internet access is required.)
The length of the free private training session varies by software package:
- Pro/Studio Pro New Customer: 2 hours
- Pro/Studio Pro Upgrade: 1.5 hours
- Collections: 1 hour
- Studio: 1 hour
- Web Manager: 1.5 hours
- iPad Solution (Seminar Training — see below)
ADDITIONAL PRIVATE TRAINING/CONSULTATION
Follow up private training and or extended consultation may be the best solution for non-standard uses for the software, for advanced training of new staff, or for those would like focused, advanced, and/or personal time with our experts to help get the most out of our program after the initial free training has been utilized.
Additional Private Training or Consulting can be scheduled at $175/hour.
Course training is live and online in small groups with an Artsystems Expert via GoToMeeting® on the Web. Sessions include structured training followed by a Q/A session with your Artsystems Expert. (Broadband Internet access with a computer headset, microphone and speaker, or telephone is required.)
