SALES / ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities: Sell to and work with the world's leading fine art and antique galleries, artists, and collections: inside and outside sales of our software products and business services in a dynamic environment. Full-time position with full benefits. Salary commensurate with experience plus commission.

Requirements: candidates must be self-directed, love selling, and love helping people. Minimum of 1 year in sales, first-hand fine art or antiques industry experience, and computer skills are all musts.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities: Work with the world's leading fine art and antique galleries, artists, and collections to help them use their Artsystems software successfully. Act as the first point of contact for answering and responding to telephone and email inquiries from customers. Research, define and log calls, identify problem issues and effectively arrange for the best resolution possible. Responsible for providing follow-up calls or emails to the customer regarding the status and resolution of issues. Additionally responsible for collaborating with fellow team members in database adminsitration, quality assurance, and application development with the goal of continuing to innovate and improve products and services for our customers.

Requirements: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and/or Macintosh platforms and Gallery administration experience, including related computer applications, is required. Applicant must be a reliable self-starter with experience interacting with customers, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be friendly, courteous, and articulate. Applicant must be organized, detail oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide variety of tasks. Web, imaging, or Windows and/or Macintosh networking and application installation and configuration experience is a major plus.
