Works References Screen

The References Screen links to records in the References Module. The Reference Module is used to professionally format all bibliography and exhibition entries in Chicago Style. References may be linked to Work records from the Works Module or the Reference Module. Note, that it is more common to link the Work records to the Reference when adding the Reference record.
To Add A Reference From The Works Reference Tab
- First, confirm the Reference citation has already been entered in the Reference Module.
- In Works, on the Reference Screen click on the first available line in the view and click the Lookup button to open the Reference Selection List.
- Click to mark the Reference record to add onto the Work record. Use the Search field to locate the specific record if needed. Also users can use any Pre-defined sets to find specific references to narrow down the search if the sets exist:
- After all selections are made, click OK and return to the Work record in display mode with the new selections added on the References Screen.
