Automatic data entry and related record updates
Information selected and/or entered via the New Transaction Wizard is automatically entered to a new Transaction Record. For example, in this Invoice, the Sold To and Ship To information has been added from Contacts. As always, double-clicking on the blue text will open that related record — in this case, this contact's full Contacts Record.
Studio makes instant updates to all related records, so double entry is never necessary. When an Invoice (above) is finalized, for example, the Sales Status and Financials for the work(s) are automatically updated, as is Statistics in the Contacts record. And when the work is shipped, Location is also updated.
